Our Welding Training  Goals

Our goal is to provide high quality welding training to individuals and groups of all ages by employing experienced and qualified local engineers and instructors.

Our Academy offers a number of different training options: one-on-one training with welding professionals, welding courses for groups of up to 12 people, as well as welding courses for companies and all instruction is conducted by experienced and qualified engineers.

We have established links with the region’s leading organizations, such as Eskom, the largest electricity utility in the African Continent this has enabled us to access 100% state of the art equipment that we use to teach you to do things the right way.

We don’t just give you a certificate and let you loose on your local workplace.

 Our Welding Training Program

Our welding courses are designed to give you the knowledge and hands-on experience that will enable you to become a competent welder.

You will learn all aspects of welding, including metal preparation, machining, cutting, welding techniques and safety precautions.

The instructor is always available for questions and the content is designed to teach what you need to know.

We have courses available at our facilities in Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Polokwane and Johannesburg

We have an extensive range of courses that you can choose from  and they include Practical and theoretical training of FCAW, GMAW and SAW processes, Welding on stainless steel, Aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, Flat and horizontal positions of TIG welding, Fabrication using oxyacetylene and arc welding processes, Seamless pipe fabrication using plate cutting and beveling techniques.

What consideration do you have when creating the welding course?

Our Welding Courses are designed for students to gain the skills they need to work effectively in industry or to start their own business in the welding industry.
The courses are aimed at covering both theory and practical applications using all welding processes and our courses are approved by the various authorities in SA.
We also deliver courses in these fields First Aid, Confined Space, First Aid at Work, and OHS among others.

What is the History of welding?

The Welding process has been used for thousands of years to join metal parts together to form larger structures. The welded structures can then be used in mining, construction, building ship hulls, civil engineering projects and many more industries.

We offer welding training for individuals, groups and companies in Durban, Rustenburg,  Polokwane, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pretoria.

We   offer live hands-on training on the Overhead Twin Gas Tungsten Inert Gas (OTG) Process. The OTG process allows users to weld a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper.

We offer a variety of courses which will suit the skill level of the beginner through to advanced welders. We also offer custom welding packages which can be tailored to suit any specific requirements.
